Contacts Plus Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Contacts Plus Android app.

The app

Contacts Plus is provided as-is for organizing the contacts on your own device. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact data and for keeping your device secure.

Purchase terms

• Contacts Plus Pro is a single one-time purchase. The exact price is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.
• There is no subscription. Nothing renews, there is no free trial that converts to a paid plan, and you will never be charged a second time.
• Pro unlocks the business card scanner, My Network (browsing by organization) and browsing by designation, on any device signed in to the same Google account. Use "Restore a previous purchase" to unlock it again after a reinstall.
• All payments are handled by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy — we never see or store your payment details.
• Contacts Plus previously offered monthly and yearly subscriptions. These are no longer sold. If you subscribed before, you keep Pro, and you can cancel the old subscription at any time in the Play Store app under Menu → Subscriptions.

Your data

Contacts Plus works with the contact list already on your device. See the privacy policy for detail.

Availability

Contacts Plus is an Android app distributed through Google Play. Features that depend on the operating system — contact access, the camera, notifications — behave according to the permissions you grant.

Liability

Contacts Plus is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost or incorrect contact data.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.
